60 grams of butter, 40 grams of powdered sugar, 11 grams of eggs, 100 grams of low-gluten flour, and 0.5 grams of salt.

1. We first weigh 60 grams of butter, cut into small cubes, put it in a steel basin, and let it soften at room temperature to a state that can be easily pressed.
2. Then add 40 grams of powdered sugar and 0.5 grams of salt.
3. Use a whisk until they are mixed together.
4. Add 11 grams of whole egg liquid in two more times and beat with a whisk until the volume is enlarged and the color is white.
5. Every time you add egg mixture, beat until it is completely combined.
6. Then use a flour sieve to sift into the weighed 100 grams of low-gluten flour.
7. Use a spatula to mix evenly and mix into a dough. Mix until there is no dry powder. Don't over-mix, which may cause the flour to become gluten. Then cover with plastic wrap and put the dough in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
8. During the waiting time, wash the whisk and steel basin with hot water, and after the dough hardens, take it out and place it on the plastic wrap.
9. Cover with a piece of cling film, roll the dough into a 0.4 cm thick crust through the cling film, and then cut it with a small toast biscuit mold.
10. Then use the mold to print a cute expression.
