However, it should be noted that its crude fiber content is high and it is difficult to digest. It is recommended that the baby eat it after 8 months of age.
Tip: Fresh fungus may induce solar dermatitis, so choose dried fungus for your baby.
★ Eggs are commonly known as "half meat" food , and they are a family food with high cost performance.
But because it is one of the most common allergic foods, egg yolks are usually added in small amounts after babies are 8 months old, and egg whites are added after 1 year old.

1. Peel the zucchini, soak the fungus and prepare the eggs.
2. Grate the zucchini, add salt, and marinate the water.
3. Cut all the fungus first.
4. After the water is removed from the zucchini, put it in a blender together with the fungus and crush.
5. Beat the eggs, fry them, put them in a mixer and smash them.
6. Put the mixed zucchini, eggs, and fungus together, add appropriate amount of salt, seasonings, and hot oil, and mix well.
Celery, lean meat dumpling filling

★ Lean meat is drier, so I added an egg to make the meat tender and smoother. Don't add it to children who are allergic to eggs.
