4. Pour into the roasted grape skin water, stir continuously on low fire, stir until it thickens and become transparent, and then lift it up into flakes.
5. Prepare a basin of ice water and a steamer with holes in advance, pour the batter, squeeze it into the water with a spatula, and prepare the cold shrimp one by one.
6. Prepare 100g of brown sugar and pour it into the pot, add 1 bowl of water, bring to a boil on high heat, and cook on low heat until the syrup has dense bubbles.
7. Take out the cold shrimp and put it in a bowl, put grapes, top with red syrup, and add a little cooked peanuts, and you can also add ice water that can be drinkable.
