【Yam Spare Ribs Soup】

【Cabbage tofu soup】
Ingredients: cabbage, tofu, eggs, spring onions, salt, pepper, sesame oil
practice:

4. After cooking, add salt and pepper to taste, sprinkle a handful of chopped green onion, and pour a little sesame oil to finish.

Ingredients: tomatoes, flour, eggs, green vegetables, shallots, salt, sesame oil, light soy sauce
practice:

Ingredients: dried tofu, tomatoes, eggs, fungus, enoki mushrooms, coriander, salt, pepper, sesame oil, balsamic vinegar, water starch
practice:
1. Peel the tomatoes and cut into small pieces, tear the enoki mushrooms into small flowers, cut the soaked fungus into shreds, cut the dried tofu into thin shreds, and stir two eggs into a bowl and set aside.
2. Boil a pot of boiling water, add enoki mushrooms, dried tofu, and fungus to blanch in water, and remove after 1 minute under water control.
3. Add a little vegetable oil to the wok, add tomatoes, fry out the juice and pour a lot of hot water to boil.
