Lingshan Island is located in the Lingshan Bay of Qingdao, Shandong, facing the Dazhu Mountain. It is the third highest island in China.

The island has high mountains, wide seas, and diverse weather; undulating peaks and ridges, dense vegetation, lush, and picturesque. This island is a typical volcanic island. The breccia that volcanic eruption landed has undergone weathering and denudation, forming a jagged ridge, which has developed into as many as 56 large and small hills, of which seven or eight peaks, such as Lingshan and Waitoushan. The southeast of the island is eroded by seawater, forming peculiar sea-eroded landforms, which are of high ornamental value, such as Laohu’s Mouth, Elephant Trunk Hill, and Shi Xiucai.
To visit Lingshan Island, you must disembark from the Chengzikou Wharf on the west side of the island. When you first land on the island, you can see a huge boulder standing on the side of the road. Write "Shuilingshan Island" and an introduction. The fishermen’s style on the island is unique. The villages are either on the edge of the cliff, on the shore of the sea, or half-hidden in the mountain stream. Terraces, green trees, blue sea, red tiles, and blue sky all complement each other. Looking from the sea, it is like a gorgeous emerald floating on the sea. The land has the reputation of "Lingdao Fucui".
