According to the Russian news agency, on October 6, local time, Vladimir Zainetdinov, the press secretary of the Ji'an Organization, announced at the press conference that the organization originally scheduled to be held in Armenia at the end of October this year would be cancelled. Joint military exercises of the collective rapid reaction forces of member states "Cooperation-2020" and intelligence agencies "Search-2020". The military exercise will be rescheduled, and the Ji'an organization is coordinating member states to discuss the location and schedule of the military exercise. In addition, Armenia announced that it would cancel its participation in the "Indestructible Brotherhood" joint military exercise held in Belarus from 12 to 16 this month.

It is reported that the decision is related to the conflict between Armenia and Azerbaijan in the Naka region since September 27. Previously, Ji'an had called for a ceasefire on both sides of the conflict on the situation in the region.
The Collective Security Organization was established in May 2002 and evolved from the CIS collective security treaty signed in 1992. Currently there are 6 member states of Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Tajikistan, Armenia, and Kyrgyzstan.
