1. "One meter line": pay attention to maintaining a social distance of more than 1 meter


2. Wash hands frequently: Maintain hand hygiene at all times, reduce contact with public goods and parts in public places, avoid touching your mouth, nose and eyes with your hands, and use correct hand washing methods.


3. Regular ventilation: Regular ventilation can effectively reduce the number of microorganisms in the indoor air and improve air quality. Open windows for ventilation 2 to 3 times a day, at least 30 minutes each time.


4. Wear masks: Normalized prevention and control masks are standard for ordinary people. Wear them scientifically and develop the habit of carrying them with you. Masks should be worn in crowded and enclosed places.


5. Understand etiquette: When coughing or sneezing, try to avoid crowds, cover your mouth and nose with tissues, handkerchiefs or elbows, and avoid covering with your hands.


6. Safe diet: balanced diet, with meat and vegetables. Pay attention to drinking water hygiene, drink moderate amounts of water every day. Do not touch, buy or eat wild animals. Choose safe and reliable ingredients, separate raw and cooked food, and cook the food thoroughly.


7. Civilized dining: Before going out to dine, take the initiative to request public chopsticks and spoons; develop a good habit of civilized dining to reduce the incidence of diseases.


8. Appropriate exercise: Appropriate physical activity is good for health, aerobic exercise and anaerobic exercise are combined, 3-5 times a week, at least 30 minutes each time.


9. Health monitoring: If you have fever, fatigue, dry cough and other uncomfortable symptoms, take protective measures, go to the nearest medical institution for fever clinics as soon as possible, and try to avoid taking public transportation when you go to the doctor.
