Beef Nest Egg Rice
I’ve talked to you about the topic of weight loss. We must pay attention to the intake of high-quality protein, because many people have a misunderstanding that "eating meat will grow meat." In A Tao’s eyes, meat is protein. When I see meat, I just look at it. Light, rather than eat one bite of rice, eat more meat.
And the little fairies in the fat-reducing period, the most troublesome thing is how not troublesome, and high-quality, eat so little. So today I teach you how to cook beef nest egg rice with an electric rice cooker. Eggs and beef are the best sources of protein. This is also the dish I make most often when I am lazy.
How easy is it? Just mix the beef with the homemade seasoning, then put it on the surface of the rice and simmer it with the egg for a while. Don't you try a prescription that knows how to do it?

Tips
1. Why is my cooked rice moist or hard?
Different varieties and brands of rice have different water absorption properties. If the rice is hard and dry, it means that there is less water. If the rice is moist and soft, it means there is too much water.
If you are already comfortable with cooking at home, just add water according to your usual cooking habits. If you have not cooked any rice before, just add water that has not passed a knuckle of rice.
2. Why does beef taste too old?
It may be caused by insufficient marinating time, or simmering in the rice cooker for too long.
