practice:
1. Remove the gills and internal organs of the small yellow croaker. After cleaning, add a spoonful of cooking wine and a little salt, and then marinate for a quarter of an hour to remove the fishy smell.
Cut appropriate amount of green onion and ginger slices, peel three cloves of garlic, prepare appropriate amount of dried chili, two star anises, and a small handful of pepper; wash 2 coriander and cut into sections; cut northern tofu into pieces for later use.
