I just left, booked a flight from Guangzhou to Xining immediately, and set off without even doing a guide. Because I travel alone, I stayed at a youth hostel in Xining, which is convenient for couples. It costs 43 yuan per night for a female quadruple room. September is the off-season for tourism in Qinghai, so the prices in all aspects have come down. The minimum for the Qinggan 7-day loop line to register at the Youth Hostel is 1,000 yuan, which only includes the travel expenses and is responsible for meals and accommodation. I hesitated not to sign up. First, I was a bit rushed in 7 days, and I wanted to take more photos and videos; second, because this route did not go to Mangya. So two days ago, while looking for friends who took the big ring line in the Youth Hostel, while wandering in Xining.

A Cantonese girl I met in Yunnan last year happened to work in Xining this year, so I made an appointment for dinner. She once wandered around like me, but now she found her love in Xining, so she settled down. Many scenic spots in Xining were not open due to the epidemic, and it happened to be raining, so I didn't hang out much. On the third day, I went to Guide to see the Yellow River with a friend. They all said that the Yellow River is clear in the world. Unfortunately, because of the rain, the Yellow River I saw was not clear.

After returning from Guide, I met a young man in the Youth Hostel who planned to drive along the Qinggan-Dahuan Road by himself. He has three people, one man and two women, all from different places, but they had already met in Lhasa before and agreed to go with Qingganda. Circular. He said that they were not in a hurry and played slowly all the way, so I wanted to follow them, discussed for a while, and finally agreed. They said that there were places to camp on the road, so they bought sleeping bags and moisture-proof mats (costing 320 yuan), and then set off.

On the first day from Xining to Qinghai Lake via Ta'er Temple, we camped on the lake for a night (very miserable, the tent was tossed in the storm and stayed up all night). On the second day from Qinghai Lake to Chaka Salt Lake, stay in Delingha. On the third day, Delingha went to Dachaidan to replenish supplies, and continued to take the 315 national highway to Jinel Lake in Dongtai, camping on the side of the highway. On the fourth day, Dongtai went to Shui Yadan and Xitai, and walked the Mars No. 1 highway overnight to reach the Mars camp and continued camping.

On the fifth day, the Mars camp crossed Oboryan to Mangya. The hotel was full and no accommodation was found to continue camping. On the sixth day, after going to Mangya Emerald Lake and Devil’s Eye, continue camping in Mangya. On the seventh day, I went to Emerald Lake again, and from Mangya to Lenghu Town, I asked about seven or eight hotels and finally found a four-person room. On the eighth day, I purchased supplies in Lenghu Town and went camping at the site of Lenghu Petroleum Town. On the ninth day, Lenghu arrived in Aksai and booked an apartment online with three bedrooms and two living rooms. Aksai arrived in Dunhuang on the tenth day, separated on the eleventh day, I went from Dunhuang to Zhangye alone, and from Zhangye to Xining on the twelfth day.

I spent a total of 15 days in Gansu, Qinghai. The approximate cost is calculated as follows: Qinggan Dahuan Line fare is 1,500 yuan, meals and accommodation are about 1,200 yuan, tickets, train tickets and others are about 300 yuan, plus sleeping bag moisture-proof pads are 320 yuan, A total of more than 3300. As for the round-trip transportation, it is not calculated because it is the N Airline Happy Fly.

After this trip, I discovered that the Qinggan Grand Ring Road is really expensive. Because we camp a lot and often cook and eat by ourselves, the cost is already very frugal, like accommodation in Mangya and Lenghu. They all start from five to six hundred, and there is not necessarily a room. I remember that we searched for two hours in Mangya, and all the rooms were full. In the end, there was only one high-end hotel and one presidential suite. The price was more than 1,000 yuan, so we still chose Camping.
