I have used a rice cooker to cook many times. This time it was particularly rough. I just put the whole chicken into the pot and start to stew. 1. According to the size of the pot, you can't choose a chicken that is too large. Here I used a three-yellow chicken of the right size. After the internal organs are processed, it is cleaned and set aside.
Prepare half an onion and slice the ginger, and prepare a few shallots for later use.
2. Then prepare a larger marinating pot, add 10 grams of light soy sauce, 5 grams of soy sauce to adjust the background color, 10 grams of oyster sauce for freshness, 10 grams of cooking wine to remove fishy, 4 grams of salt, 3 grams of sugar, and 3 grams of pepper. Stir well.
If you want the whole chicken to be more delicious, first use a toothpick to poke some holes in the chicken body, so that it is full of holes.
Then spread the sauce evenly on the chicken body inside and out, and marinate in a basin for more than 2 hours.

3. After marinating, brush the rice cooker evenly with a layer of vegetable oil, and put onions, shallots and ginger at the bottom.
Put the marinated chicken into the rice cooker, pour the marinating juice, when the chicken is braised, onion and chicken will produce water when heated, so no drop of water is added during the whole process.
Cover the pot and simmer for 40 minutes after setting.
After the rice cooker stops automatically, open the lid again, the chicken is not the original chicken.
