[How to prepare pork breast]
1. Wash the lean meat, cut it into small pieces, pour it into a masher and mash it into puree. There is no need to put any seasoning and cooking wine to remove fishy smell. Put it in after it is beaten .
2. Pour out, add appropriate amount of sugar, salt, cooking wine, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce and black pepper powder, stir evenly in one direction with chopsticks.
3. Spread greased paper on the baking tray, put the minced meat in it, cover it with greased paper, and press it into a thin layer with a rolling pin or wine bottle .
4. Put it in the oven and bake it at 180 degrees for 15 minutes. Brush both sides with honey water and white sesame seeds. Bake for another 10 minutes and cut into your favorite shape.
