The bamboo tube used for the first time needs to be cleaned inside and outside, then put all the bamboo tube and accessories in the steamer, add water to the bamboo tube and boil for ten minutes, turn off the heat and simmer until it cools naturally, take it out and scrub again.
The glutinous rice and purple rice were mixed in a ratio of 10:1, washed and soaked for 4 hours. The first time I did it, I had no experience. I used a catty of glutinous rice and a couple of purple rice, and found that the rice was soaked too much. I divided the rice into three parts and took one of them to make seven bamboo dumplings. The 2 yuan of glutinous rice is enough for the whole family.
Pour the glutinous rice into the bamboo tube with a spoon, and close the mouth with a stopper. The water in the pressure cooker must be below the bamboo tubes. A small part of the top bamboo tubes is empty, and part of the cooked glutinous rice is not too sticky.
Cover the lid with a pressure cooker and cook for 30 minutes. Don’t take it out and wait for the zongzi. When it cools, take it out and insert it with a bamboo stick. Gently push the zongzi out. The surface is covered with a thin layer of sugar. It is delicious. The bamboo dumplings are ready. Cold-eating bamboo dumplings are very elastic. Now the weather is a bit cold, and the warm rice dumplings taste good. This snack is so simple, it has no technical content. I only made one, so the child doesn't need the mother to demonstrate to make it by himself.
