Have you heard of clue advertising?
Lead advertising is actually very useful, can quickly capture email addresses, and the price is super cheap.
Today I will teach you how to set up a lead advertisement , but let me explain in advance that this process will be more grueling. You must be mentally prepared.
First log in to your sendlane backend, click lists–>create new list, enter the list name, default name (write shop name), default source email, and default reply email.
Click Continue to remind users why they are on your list:
Continue to the next step, enter the company name, address, phone, and click Add.
If someone clicks on our FB lead advertisement and clicks to subscribe to submit email information, then the customer will appear in this list.
The details are as follows: the user sees this lead advertisement, clicks on the subscribe in the advertisement; then a small pop-up window will appear, the name and email address above are automatically grabbed from the user’s facebook profile, of course, you can edit it again. The user clicks to submit the information; finally the user's information is sent to your sendlane list.
Now that we have created a list in sendlane, the next step is to integrate.
Log in to your FB business management platform, click on business settings in the upper right corner, and then find Integration in the left column, after clicking on Lead access, a blank appears on the right.
After we set up the CRM, the home page name and authorized users and partners will appear on the right:
So we have to go to the facebook background to set it up. Set up CRM to receive prospect information in real time.
Search for your homepage name directly in the search box or click the inverted triangle in the upper right corner to enter the corresponding homepage.
Click Publishing Tools at the top of the homepage:
Click on leads setup on the left:
Search CRM (Customer Relationship Management) provider sendlane
Click Connect:
At this time we need to register zapier, enter your email, first and last name and password to register.
Click continue:
Click Connect an account to link an account:
Click continue-->OK
Modify the name, click Test, and then click save+continue in the lower right corner:
Click to select the homepage, click Continue to proceed to the next step:
Here we don’t need to create a lead, just click to skip this step:
Next, there will be a default sample lead A, click the following icon to see the detailed information of lead A:
Including A's phone number, email address, gender, full name, etc.:
Click Continue with default sample:
Click to continue:
Click Connect an account:
Log in to your sendlane account and allow zapier to access your sendlane
Modify the name, ABC is your shop name, this is why we are here is your homepage name. Click Test, then save and continue:
In this step we need to add lead A to the list, click on the following chart to select the list:
Click the following icon to select the email address to add Lead A:
We can also click Show advanced options to add other information, such as last name, first name, label, etc., these are not required, click to continue:
Next is the test, you can also skip the test. But let's test it here, click send test to sendlane:
In this way, lead A should be successfully added to the lead ad list of your sendlane. Click Finish to end.
Back to Sendlane, you can see that there is a subscriber in this FB lead ads list:
The switch of zap must be ON, don't click to close it. Finally, click Done in the upper right corner to complete the setting.
The next step is to enter the ad management tool to create an ad. Click Create, select Lead Generation as the target, select the personal homepage, and click view terms–>I agree to terms and conditions:
Then you can start to set up advertisements as normal and smoothly. After the advertisement starts, it will bring some potential customers.
So how can we attract users to subscribe to our newsletter?
——Provide something valuable.
For example, if you sell cooking supplies, then you can provide a recipe to the user; if you are a dog supplies, then provide a PDF file of dog training to the user, such as how to train a German shepherd, how to train Labrador and so on.
For users on the list, we can sell them many different things according to different dog breeds. For example, if the user subscribes to the book How to Train a German Shepherd Dog, then you can say in the email that I have a leash suitable for your shepherd dog, and you may need it.
One more thing to remind everyone, after logging in to sendlane, click the inverted triangle to the right of your name in the upper right corner, and click account settings.
In the security certificate section, look for the following lines:
Some accounts will show the above information, and some accounts will not show the above information, which is random.
If the above information appears, click here to contact customer service, let customer service remove double opt in, tell customer service that you are using facebook ads to attract traffic, tell them you are using zapier to get potential customers from facebook lead ads, and you want single opt in Instead of double opt in.
Therefore, the customer service will help you turn off double opt in, and then you will receive an email confirming the closure.
If you do not turn off double opt in, then if someone subscribes to your newsletter through a lead advertisement, the user will first receive a confirmation email about whether to subscribe, and the user will only be added to your list after clicking the confirmation. If it is a single opt in, the user will be automatically added to your list and will not receive a confirmation email.
I strongly recommend that you make the most of the lead advertising, it is really very powerful.
Suppose your shop sells dog leashes.
Then we can find some books about dog training on Google to provide users for free.
First explain an abbreviation PLR, which is the abbreviation of private label rights, which means private label. When we searched on Google, we were looking for such free brand books.
Google search dog training PLR:
For example, for this e-book, you can buy this book for $6.95 and provide it to users for free:
Scroll down the page to see the catalog of the entire book, and in the license detail section, you can see what you can and cannot do after buying it.
See the information marked in the red box? This book cannot be given to others for free, it can only be used as a paid purchase.
So we Google continue to look for books that can be provided to others for free. For example, the following books are packaged and sold for only 8.9 dollars.
Let's take a look at whether it is allowed to be given to others. See the information marked in the red box below? You can give away.
Such a book is what we are looking for. We can buy it and give it to the audience, use this PDF to create lead ads, and even publish articles on blogs.
You will provide some content for free, users can see the value of this content, and then we can continue to recommend some dog supplies to the audience. I hope you can now understand the potential explosive power of this method. If you operate it properly, it is quite simple to realize this.
The above is the content of today's lead advertisement.
