Today I want to talk about how to optimize your potential customers.
Teach you how to export potential customers in sendlane, add them to FB ads and create custom audiences, and then create similar audiences based on the custom audiences.
If you collect less than 800 potential customers, I think it is still a little bit less. I suggest that it is best to collect 2000-3000 potential customers. This is easy to do. Don't think too complicated.
According to my personal experience, to get 2000-3000 potential customers, it should cost US$500 to US$1,000 for advertising. But with the information of these potential customers, your advertising expenses will soon be paid back.
First export the potential customers in Sendlane.
Log in to sendlane, click Lists, take the lead advertisement list as an example, click the list:
Click subscribers-->export:
All contacts are selected by default. Although there is an export to facebook button, this function is not available yet. So, we click export as csv to export the data in tabular form.
Sendlane will send a download email to our mailbox.
Log in to your mailbox to open the email and click Click here to download the form.
Next go to FB to create a custom audience.
Enter the advertising management tool and select Audiences:
Click Create custom audience:
Select customer file:
Choose to add customers from your own file:
Click "I agree":
Drag and drop the form to the blank space, or click to upload the file. Choose the second source of original data: collect directly from customers.
After naming the audience, click to continue to the next step.
We can see that the email address is uploaded, and there are surname, first name, phone number, registration source and other information behind. You can choose to upload or not upload it. Of course, the more detailed the information, the more accurate the match, and finally click upload and create:
In this way, a custom audience is created. Finally, it will show that the custom acceptance is being filled, and it will roughly show how many people on Facebook can match the information you submitted:
Let’s teach you how to create similar audiences.
Tick the option to define audiences, and click Create similar audiences under Actions:
Choose a region, such as the United States, and choose 1% of the audience size, which is expected to cover 2.15 million people:
Finally, click Create Audience.
Show that the audience is being populated. Although it shows less than 1,000 people, similar audiences should be displayed at about 2.15 million people after they are filled, and the audiences will be filled within 24 hours.
In other words, in the next 24 hours, the number of similar audiences will continue to increase, because FB will continue to find audiences similar to custom audiences.
Next, use these audiences to create ads.
Go back to the ad management tool, click Create Campaign, select the goal such as conversion volume, fill in the campaign, ad group and ad name. Then click Save to Draft
Click the ad group and click the edit icon to open the right panel:
Click the blank box next to the custom audience to choose a similar audience or a custom audience. Take the similar audience as an example:
After clicking to select, the potential coverage area will be automatically displayed on the right. As I said before, it takes at least a few hours for the audience to fill up, and sometimes it may take 24 hours to fill up:
If the following geographic location shows the United States, you can actually delete it, because similar audiences have already selected the United States:
After we have selected custom audiences or similar audiences, the following location, gender, and segment targeting can no longer be set.
The above is how to create custom audience content based on emails.
This part of the custom audience is really important and can be regarded as the best quality in the audience.
You have to remember: When users choose to join your list and provide you with their name and email information, such users are very, very important. They are not people who just look at ads.
Once you have this group of accurate audiences, you can create similar audiences, and FB will help you find more other people with similar interests. Then you can advertise to these similar audiences.
By uploading email subscriber data to create custom audiences and similar audiences, it can bring more email subscribers. Repeat the operation in this way, the effect will be very good!
