Many people travel to Jingxing Cangyan Mountain in Shijiazhuang just to see the bridge hall. This bridge hall is extraordinary. Many film and television dramas come here because of its unique "volley flying frame". Among them, the Hollywood movie "Crouching Tiger "Dragon" was shot here and won the Oscar. So what's so peculiar about Bridge Hall? How is it built? What are the unknown stories behind it?

Cangyan Mountain is located in Jingxing County, 50 kilometers from downtown Shijiazhuang, with a main peak of 1039.6 meters high. It is a national key scenic spot. Because it is located in the Taihang Mountains, where there are beautiful peaks, deep valleys, ancient trees and sky, clear springs and waterfalls, it forms a beautiful landscape in the ancient county for thousands of years.

After the National Day, Cangyan Mountain was less crowded, and what was left was the quiet beauty of autumn. At this time, the leaves on the mountain have begun to turn yellow, reflecting the red walls and blue tiles, and the ancient meaning is getting stronger, a poetic and picturesque appearance. There is a poem saying: "The five mountains are beautiful and beautiful, and the Taihang peaks are only Cangyan", which really means being in the poem.

As he rushed to the bridge hall, through the mountain gate, passing Wanxiantang, the paths along the way are paved with natural rocks, the steps are gentle, and there is no tiring of climbing. There are several small courtyards along the way. Many buildings were built in the Ming and Qing dynasties. There are towering peaks on both sides, towering jungles, especially through the sandalwood, bursts of fragrance and refreshing. Among them, "Yanguan Suocui", "Noon Yin of Academy", "Bijian Lingtan" and "Gubai Pilgrimage" are all well-known scenic spots in Cangyan Mountain.

Cangyan Mountain is a beautiful Buddhist resort with a long history. The temple fair in Cangyan Mountain has a history of more than 1,300 years. The temple fair here is very lively every March of the lunar calendar. This all stems from everyone's worship of Our Lady of Cangshan. It is said that Princess Nanyang, the eldest daughter of Emperor Yang of the Sui Dynasty, became a monk here and used palace Chinese medicine to benefit the local people. There are also many moving stories about her.

After passing the "Bijian Lingtan", I came to a cliff and looked up, like sitting on a well and watching the sky, especially above the cliff. Three stone arch bridges span between the cliffs and the bridge is shaped like Zhaozhou Bridge. A building is built on the bridge and a hall is built in the building, which is a marvel. This is the bridge hall of the three hanging temples in China together with the Hanging Temple of Hengshan Mountain in Shanxi and the Hanging Temple of Xishan Mountain in Yunnan. It also ranks first because of the earliest construction time and the highest degree of suspension in Cangyan Mountain. rainbow".

Climbing up the steps between the crevices of the mountain, looking up at the blue sky, bowing down to the abyss. This stone stairway is also the location of the "Journey to the West". The little monk named Jiang Liuer released the carp and walked on this step.

From a distance, the bridge building hall is one bridge and one hall, but in reality there are three bridges and two halls. Both bridges are shaped like Zhaozhou Bridge, with one on the west side and one inside. The stone bridge has a span of 11.3 meters and a width of 6.20 meters. The bridge is called Tianwangdian, also called Xiaoqiaolou Hall. The inscription records that there are statues of four heavenly kings and three bodhisattvas enshrined in the temple, and now only the three heavenly kings are separated on both sides. Xiaoqiaolou Hall was not built in the center of the stone bridge, it is said that it was to make way for pedestrians.

The bridge hall was built on a stone bridge 15 meters long and 7.8 meters wide, 17 meters away from the Xiaoqiaolou Hall. Because of its tallness and front, it blocked the Xiaoqiaolou Hall. The bridge hall is two stories high, with bright pillars, red walls, and glazed tiles. The upper spine of the dragon is soaring. There are cloisters around it. The hall is enshrined with three Buddha statues and eighteen arhats sitting around.

At the very front is a stone bridge, commonly known as a sky bridge, flying over the sky. This stone bridge is 18.6 meters long, longer than the other two stone bridges, but only 4.5 meters wide. There is no building on the bridge, and it is the main passage between Xifeng and Nanling. Although the stone lions on the bridge have been eroded by wind and rain, they are incomplete, but their naive shape can show the exquisite craftsmanship of the ancestors. The various beasts on the bridge are also simple and natural, showing the superb craftsmanship of the craftsmen.

The "Bridge Hall Feihong" of Cangyan Mountain is magnificent and unique, with superb craftsmanship. After 500 years of wind and rain, it still dominates among the cliffs. Although there are many myths and legends about the construction of the bridge hall, no one can understand how the bridge hall was built. It can be called a miracle in the history of Chinese architecture. Really: Looking into the sky at the Hongqiao Qianzhang, the sky and clouds fly together.
